The Ecological Environment Code will be submitted for deliberation during the Two Sessions

      On March 4th, the press conference for the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress was held in the Great Hall of the People. At the conference, the spokesperson for the session, Lou Qinjian, introduced that the session would deliberate on the "Ecological Environment Code of the People's Republic of China (Draft)", which is the second law in China named after "Code". The compilation of this Code is not a simple compilation of laws, nor is it a completely new creation. Instead, it is a systematic integration, compilation, revision, and integration and sublimation of the existing ecological environment legal system mechanisms and rules and norms.
