The 2025 World Energy Storage Conference releases 6 achievements

On September 17th, the 2025 World Energy Storage Conference, with the annual theme of "Zero Carbon Starting the Future in the New Era of Energy Storage", opened in Ningde, Fujian. At the meeting, 6 important achievements were officially released and 18 projects were signed and implemented.

The six important achievements are: representatives from ten national industry organizations, including China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, China Machinery Industry Federation, China Electricity Council, China Association for Energy Conservation and Clean Production, China Coal Industry Association, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Minmetals and Chemicals, China Battery Industry Association, and China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association, jointly released the "Consensus on Collaborative Construction of Zero Carbon Innovation Ecology (Ningde)"; The Carbon Neutral Energy Research Institute of Southern University of Science and Technology, Guangfa Securities Industry Research Institute, and the Energy Storage Application Branch of China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association jointly released the "Blue Book of China's Long term Energy Storage Industry"; Electric Power Planning Institute Co., Ltd. has released the research results on the development trend of new energy storage during the 15th Five Year Plan period; The Equipment Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has released the "Roadmap for the Development of New Energy Storage Technologies (2025-2035)"; The China Electronics Information Industry Development Research Institute has released the "Ningde New Energy Battery Industry Development Plan (2025-2035)"; CATL and the International Renewable Energy Agency Action Alliance jointly released the "Photovoltaic and Energy Storage to Support Energy Transition (Complete Version)".

This energy storage conference is jointly hosted by the Equipment Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Fujian Province, and the People's Government of Ningde City. At the meeting, a total of 18 project cooperation agreements and strategic cooperation agreements were signed, covering multiple directions such as new batteries, new energy storage, new materials, and zero carbon parks.
